When will my order be delivered?
We will send your order out in 2 working days.
As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking code to track your package.
For orders of large items, such as cabinets and tables, we will contact you to make a delivery appointment.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship throughout Europe.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands are € 5.50. Orders with a value of € 75 or more are shipped free of charge. This also applies to larger / heavier orders up to the ground floor.
Shipping within Europe:
Shipping costs for parcel shipments are automatically calculated in the check-out for most countries. For larger / heavier products, the shipping costs are calculated afterwards by means of a shipping quote.

Do you have a physical store?
You can order, view and assess our items. If the items don't live up to your expectations you can easily return them.
For special requests, send us an email to webshop@rawmaterials.eu. Then we look at the possibility to visit our showroom by appointment.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you want to change or cancel the order before shipping, we advise you to contact customer service by telephone +31 20 421 38 93. Unfortunately, when the order has been shipped, we cannot change anything.
How do I return my order?
If you want to return or exchange an item, you must always register this within 14 days of receipt of your order. This can be done by;

We will refund the amount of the returned items as soon as we have received your order back. Have you returned part of your order? Then the amount of the products that have been returned will be refunded excluding the shipping costs. Are you returning your entire order? Then we will refund the entire amount including the shipping costs. The refund will be made in the original form of payment. This can take up to 14 days.
Please note the following when returning an item: Customized products cannot be canceled, exchanged or returned. The costs for returning a product are for your own account. If you have received your order in a box, envelope or as a letterbox package, you can return the products in the same packaging, if it is still suitable for shipment. Do you no longer have the original packaging? Then make sure you use enough packaging and protective material to return the product safely.
If you have received your order in another way (for example a pallet), please contact us at webshop@rawmaterials.eu.
We arrange the return transport in consultation with you. The return costs depend on the size of the shipment and the collection address. We will of course discuss this with you.

- Fill in the return form that you received with your order. Pack your product (s) carefully so that it can be shipped safely. Preferably in the same packaging and the same protective material as in which you received it. Enclose the return form and return the package
